It's an exciting time of the year on the Chicago River when the bridges begin raising to allow boats access to Lake Michigan. Although Speakeasy is not ready to go in for a few weeks, I was at the yard early on Saturday and caught the image of boats eager to get under the Amtrak elevator bridge--a genuine antique.

First Bridge
It's an exciting time of the year on the Chicago River when the bridges begin raising to allow boats access to Lake Michigan.
